Violet Giovannini is the Director of Business Development for Ocean Pacific Realty Group, where she leads strategic growth, brand development, marketing initiatives, and business expansion across California’s coastal real estate markets.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, mortgage lending, marketing, branding, and business development, Violet has played a key role in strengthening Ocean Pacific Realty Group’s presence among coastal homeowners, luxury clients, investors, and real estate professionals.

Violet began her career in business development with a boutique mortgage firm before transitioning into real estate in 2004. Her work expanded into brokerage marketing, agent development, niche positioning, public image, digital marketing, and social media branding. Over the years, she has helped real estate and lending professionals build stronger brands, refine their market positioning, and develop successful business models.

Her entrepreneurial background includes investing in and co-founding several small businesses, including a marketing company, restaurant, and magazine. These ventures strengthened her expertise in brand strategy, partnerships, consumer engagement, and business growth.

At Ocean Pacific Realty Group, Violet focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, expanding the company’s luxury and coastal real estate presence, and supporting innovative services for buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.

She is especially passionate about creating elevated client experiences that combine personalized service, modern technology, sophisticated marketing, and an understanding of California’s coastal lifestyle.

Violet has also served in community leadership and fundraising roles with organizations including the Buckeye Education Foundation, Women in Networking, and Rotary organizations in El Dorado Hills and Monterey.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, fitness, public speaking, and spending time with her family.
