Kendall Hall is a Real Estate Advisor with Ocean Pacific Realty Group, serving clients throughout the Monterey Peninsula with a focus on luxury real estate, commercial opportunities, government-related commercial contracts, and business sales.

A graduate of California State University Monterey Bay, Kendall began his career in technology sales in San Francisco, developing strong skills in consultative selling, client relationships, and negotiation. In 2018, he returned to the Monterey Peninsula, a region he had previously called home for 14 years, to continue his career in sales and real estate.

Kendall entered luxury real estate through Highlands Inn in Carmel, where he became a licensed real estate professional and worked with Hyatt Vacation Club, assisting clients with luxury vacation ownership and coastal property opportunities.

Today, Kendall serves several distinct client groups. In luxury residential real estate, he works with buyers, sellers, and investors seeking high-end homes and coastal properties throughout the Monterey Peninsula.

He also assists commercial clients pursuing government-related real estate opportunities and contracts, where careful documentation, timing, coordination, and professionalism are essential.

Separately, Kendall works with business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors on the sale and acquisition of businesses, applying his sales and negotiation background to help clients navigate complex opportunities strategically.

Known for professionalism, discretion, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Kendall provides the high level of service sophisticated clients expect.

Outside of real estate, Kendall enjoys spending time with his son, family, and friends and is an avid golfer who regularly plays courses throughout Pebble Beach and the Monterey Peninsula.
