Deposits & Payments

1. A $5,000 refundable Damage Deposit is required to secure a reservation. 
2. Pet deposit of $150 / pet required for properties that allow pets.
3. All deposits & Initial payments must be paid no later than 15 days prior to arrival.
4. Payments may be made via Zelle or Credit Card (credit card payments incur a 3% transaction fee)

Cancellations

1. Cancellations requests received up until the 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be charged a cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation requests within 30 days of arrival are charged $1,000 cancellation fee (which is deducted from the Damage Deposit)
3. If Guest departs the premises prior to date as stated in the Rental Agreement, there will be no refund of any rent or fees.
